A small print shop in Denton, Texas
TX3D Printing Co. is a family-run 3D printing shop operating out of Denton, Texas. Every item in this store is printed on our own machines, trimmed and inspected by hand, and packed by the same people who printed it. There is no warehouse, no overseas supplier, and no bulk catalog we are reselling.
Why that matters to you
Because we print to order in small batches, we can do things a big retailer cannot. We release new designs in the middle of a holiday season when we see what people are actually asking for. We print colors nobody stocks. If you want a set of ornaments all in one specific color, or a cake topper with a name and date, you can simply ask us and we will print it.
What we make
Our catalog runs from Christmas ornaments and flameless lighted decor to articulated fidget toys, lightweight earrings, faith-based keepsakes, desk organizers, and an unreasonably large pickle collection that started as a joke and became our bestselling category.
The material
Most of what we sell is printed in PLA, a rigid bioplastic made from plant starch. It holds color throughout the material rather than on a painted surface, so it does not chip, and it flexes slightly instead of shattering, which is why our ornaments survive drops and attic storage better than glass. PLA softens around 140F, so we ask that you keep pieces out of hot cars and off sunny dashboards.
About layer lines
Look closely at any 3D printed object and you will see fine horizontal lines. That is the build process showing, one thin layer at a time, not a flaw. We tune layer height to keep them subtle and hand finish every piece, but we will never claim our prints look injection molded, because they do not. Most customers read the texture as handmade, which is exactly what it is.
